Birth
ratio of 50%:50% male and female in cattle affects economics of livestock and
dairy farming. Economic point of view female calves born are more
advantageous as compared to male calves. Due to ban on slaughter of cattle,
male cattle compete with all resources with female and in turn results in to
lesser economic return to livestock owners. |

present semen doses of exotic cattle is being sorted with available
technology and it has revolutionized livestock farming and dairy sector in
foreign countries. |

Sexed
semen technology is one way to alter the natural ratio of new born 50%: 50%
to 85% or 99% Female calves. Means male calve born ratio may be decreased to
15% to 1% and Increase percentage of female calve born. As the number of
female calves born increases later on production from them also going to
increase which will increase economy of livestock owners |
